Reed Diamond pops up everywhere now...

Ever watch something old you've seen a dozen times before, and suddenly realize that actor in the background is now one of your favorite people? I do that with Reed all the time. For example, he's a cop in "Swat," a movie I never liked before but now watch just for the 2.5 minutes of Reed. Also - and this really blows me away to learn - he was in the pilot episode of "The Shield," an appearance as a police detective in the key scene that pretty much made the episode. (If you watch "Shield," you'll know exactly what I'm talking about.)

Anyhoo, I just find it hilarious that this guy has been in so many things, and now I get to point to the screen and shriek, "OMG! That was Reed!" at the oddest moments. (A lot of the times, he's playing a cop too!)
